National Youth Gathering

Every three years, the ELCA coordinates a gathering of thousands of youth, leaders and volunteers at a host city where we worship together, serve the community and learn about the church. Our Senior High youth have a history of attending this life-changing and faith-enriching event. While there is a cost to attend, we work hard over three years to help cover the costs through fundraisers, pop can collection, and the generous support of the congregation. 

The most recent Youth Gathering was held in New Orleans from July 16-20, 2024.  Five High School youth and our pastors journeyed to The Big Easy to learn, serve our neighbors, and experience New Orleans' rich history, amazing food, and great music.  Visit the video re-cap of our experience on YouTube:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1H8MwShFs4
